Refund & Cancellation Policy

At My Digital CEO, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent purchase experience. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

1) Digital Products (Reels Bundles, Courses, Templates, Software):

1.1) All digital products are delivered instantly via email or download link once payment is confirmed.
1.2) Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are not provided once a product has been accessed or downloaded.
1.3 If you face any technical issues in accessing your purchase, please contact us at mydigitalceo1@gmail.com, and we will ensure you receive the product.
1.4) Refunds are only applicable within 7 days of purchase if the product has not been accessed or downloaded.

2) Physical Products:

2.1) For physical items (if applicable), customers may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.
2.2) Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective products.
2.3) Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3) Cancellations:

3.1) Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once payment has been made, as delivery is instant.
3.2) Orders for physical products can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but the return policy applies.
