Shipping & Delivery Policy

At My Digital CEO, we provide both digital products and physical products. Please read our shipping and delivery terms carefully.

1) Digital Products (Reels Bundles, Courses, Templates, Software):

1.1) All digital products are delivered instantly via email or download link once payment is successfully processed.
1.2) Please ensure that you provide a valid email address during checkout.
1.3) If you do not receive your product within 1 hour of purchase, please contact us at mydigitalceo1@gmail.com for support.

2) Physical Products:

2.1) Physical items (if applicable) are shipped within 5–7 business days after order confirmation.
2.2) Delivery timelines depend on the courier partner and customer’s location.
2.3) Standard delivery within India usually takes 5–10 business days.
2.4) Currently, we ship physical products only within India.
2.5) Customers will receive a tracking ID once the order has been dispatched.

3) Delays & Exceptions:

3.1) We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen events.
3.2) If your order is significantly delayed, we will inform you via email.

4) Damaged or Lost Shipments:

4.1) If your order is delivered in a damaged condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
4.2) In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier and either issue a replacement or refund as applicable.
